Can other planners, coordinators, decorators use The Laurels? Absolutely! Even though The Laurels is the official home of K & K designs, The Laurels will welcome all vendors that they have worked with before and are looking forward to working with and meeting vendors that are new to them.
Will K & K designs continue to plan, coordinate and design events away from The Laurels? Yes, K&K Designs has numerous events scheduled for 2015 and beyond outside of The Laurels. K&K Designs books on a first come first served basis whether it be at The Laurels or another venue of our clients choosing.
Will The Laurels offer catering? No, but The Laurels has a list of excellent Southeast Texas wedding caterers that we work with on a regular basis that we can refer to any SETX bride having their wedding at The Laurels.
Will tables and chairs be included? Yes, The Laurels will have round tables and a limited number of rectangular tables for the ballroom and the rental of the venue will include the use of their chiavari chairs.
What kind of spaces does The Laurels have? Intimate dining and parlor spaces for parties, SETX bridal showers, brunches and Southeast Texas wedding rehearsal dinners. The Laurels has ballroom seating 200-250 for larger Southeast Texas Weddings that opens up to an interior lighted courtyard with a fireplace and bar area that can be used in conjunction with the ballroom for even more seating. The Laurels also features an intimate smaller courtyard that will make for great photo opportunities and those sweet first look photo sessions.
Can we take our bridal, engagement and other photos on the grounds of The Laurels? The Laurels will be available for photo shoots to any of their SETX brides that have this beautiful Beaumont wedding venue booked for their big day. Arrangements must be made and scheduled in advance so as not to conflict with any of their other scheduled events. If you are not a Laurels Bride, have your photographer contact them and they will see if they can work something out.
Is there a place for the wedding party to get dressed at The Laurels? Yes! After all, The Laurels is where sophisticated style meets gracious entertaining! A luxurious SETX bridal suite that is reserved for the bride and her wedding party and a bridal brunch can be arranged for the day of your big event. The Laurels also has a parlor that can be completely closed off for the groom and his groomsmen to relax in before your Southeast Texas wedding ceremony.
